I grew up at the Colorado River Locksthere in Matagorda.Visited there last weekend and took pictures of the bargescrossing at the intersectionduring theriver rise. We hope to have the pictures available soon on either matagordatourism.com or dayonthebayservices.com.Tried to keep Matagorda a secretmost of my lifeby telling people visiting therethe fishing stunk...ha-ha...but I guess the whole world can see it now.
